Our Area Snapshots were developed to draw on learning from, and about assets in the communities we’ve worked in – and to explore developments that occurred as reported on within the Making it Happen programme by local residents and the Community Development Workers who worked alongside them.

Each Snapshot aims to start a conversation – about approaches, methods, and ways of engaging communities and addressing health inequalities – and to complement statistical data prepared through the Integrated Community Teams (as found here: https://www.eastsussexjsna.org.uk/resources/ict-profiles/)
