These snapshots provide summaries of learning drawn from the Making it Happen programme about change and development in local areas across East Sussex that we’ve worked in between November 2019 and June 2024.  The aim is to support deeper conversations about neighbourhoods in East Sussex where statistical data might suggest a wholly challenging picture, while lived experience may offer alternative perspectives. The snapshots will be reviewed in February 2025.
