Success Stories

Making it Happen works with a wide range of people, projects, and initiatives across the county. As a result, there are so many examples of wonderful things that people are doing in their own communities. These can be fixed-term or one-off ideas that have now concluded, or longer-term projects that continue to flourish and make a difference.
